Full Payment is usually taken on departure. 

We reserve the right to take payment on arrival at our discretion.

We do not take deposits for most bookings, but may do so for some reservations at our discretion.   Any deposits taken will be non-refundable in all cases.

If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, or in the event of a no show,  full payment will be requested in all circumstances.

For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment will be taken at the time of reservation and will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
